Hi,
version 3.2.2. IE8 (FF works fine).
When moving the cursor across menu items, the items gets a blue background.
On IE8 when you move the cursor slowly between two items back and forth, you get flickering of the background
and the cursor switches between 'pointer' and 'arrow'.
It can be easily reproduced with the menu example:

The solution is probably similar to the solution I found for the same problem in the color palette menu.
