Hi,
i want to create an "App" with sencha, i habe played with the examples, and now i want to ask if it's possible what i want (and then how....)

First screen: Listview (listitems are regulated by the location)
When you click on one list item:
New view with tabs (bottom) and a back-button on top like http://www.kitewiese.de/_app_ios/index.html (a parameter must be comitted)
1 Tab: a Map view
2-4 Tab: Infos from a web-application (that should be no problem)

- my Problems: i cant' insert the back-button or a toolbar on top (in the example-url, i habe implemented a toolbar, but it will not be shown)
- how can i insert a map in a tab?
- how can i create two views (first the lsit view, than the tab view)

Thanks for your help
Vermeer

I hope you can understand by bad english. Sorry, but i try my best... ;)

First of all, it is possible. Here are some pointer that hopefully help you achieve this.

You can add a button to a toolbar by calling the .add(myButton) function on a toolbar. Right after you do this you might want to call .doLayout() on the toolbar to make sure the button gets rendered and the toolbar properly layed out.

You can insert a map as a map by just adding it to the TabPanel. Something like

{
xtype: 'map',
title: 'Map',
}

I would highly suggest you check out the examples source code. Especially the GeoCongress app seems to do a lot of the things you need. You might also want to check out the getting started guide (http://www.sencha.com/deploy/touch/getting-started.html). It adds a map to a TabPanel.

Hi Tommy,
thanks for your tips,
now, i have "improved" my litte try:
http://www.kitewiese.de/_app_ios/index.html

BUT:
It looks good on my pc with google chrome, but not on the iphone (4)!?
No icons, "damaged" back-button...
Why?
Any idea?
I want to use this webapp especially on the iphone...

Have you already fixed this? If I go to your site with iOS 4.0 (or 3.1.3 for that matter) it seems to work well. I did see another issue with switching between the tabs too fast. We are aware of that though and it should be fixed in the final release.
