Will a Sencha Touch app be approved by Apple?

My question... can you save all the sencha touch files into a xcode application, ran in a UIWebView?
Obviously you can, but will it be approved? Will Apple reject it because its not a real 'Native' app?

Or, can you only run sencha apps via the web browser, then save them to home screen.

So far Apple has not had any issues with HTML5 apps being ran in a UIWebView as long as you dont expose private API's to Javascript and follow the general guidelines that Apple applies to all apps in the AppStore.
