[FIXED-118] Documentation method doLayout

In the List add method the note says you may need to call doLayout. When you click doLayout it just spins trying to load component. This is because doLayout is now a private method.

Maybe a sticky for documentation issues?

Ditto for the tpl link in the List's Data config option description.

Also the precompiled link in the Ext.Template main description (Templates may be precompiled (http://www.sencha.com/deploy/touch/docs/output/Ext.Template.html#Ext.Template-compile) for greater performance.).

For FitLayout, description ends with "Example usage:" but no example specified

Ext.Anim documentation is missing properties cover and reveal
