Image slide/drag/drop

Hi,

I have a custom made map (800x600) and I would like to be able to slide the map.
Actually the same functionality as the google map example concerning the sliding/drag/drop but with my own image.

I have set my image as background-image of a panel...but then what? :-)

Any suggestions?
