kitchensink in offline mode not working

I have downloaded sencha 0.91 and put it on a ftp. I have checked for the correct mime-type of the manifest file in the kitchensink example. But still, when I open it on my iphone (iOS4) it does not work in the airplane mode.
Does it work for you guys?
What could be the problem?

Do you get the error message that Ext is not defined?

I only get the error message from the iPhone which says "Kitchen Sink cannot be opened, because there is no connection to the internet. [Close] or [Retry] "

Of course, there is no internet connection, because I have turned on the airplane mode ;-) but there is no other error message.

If turn the airplane mode off, the page is normally loading and working perfectly fine.

any other idea?
