[OPEN-1130] Grid column headers broken in Opera 10.60 (rendering, resizing)

Open Ext sample in Opera 10.60:
First example: http://www.sencha.com/deploy/dev/examples/grid/array-grid.html - column headers are broken (there is only first column header).
Second example: http://www.sencha.com/deploy/dev/examples/grid/paging.html - column headers render properly, but resizing of columns doesn't work (columns don't change their size).
Both samples worked properly in earlier versions of Opera (10.53, 9.64).

The only way I was able to fix this is by using:

table-layout: auto;
}
