I'm new to this framework, and have previously used iWebkit. I was looking through the documentation and noticed there is not a lot of information for new people.

Is there anyway in which to connect this framework with PHP, and also how do I go around creating new pages, yet keeping the visual style of transitions?

Thanks :)

In general, you'll consume data in 2 ways
1) Via a direct ajax request (example under /ajax)
2) Via a data store (several examples of stores in the download)

What do you mean by "creating new pages"? In general, you'll have a single page application, where you just dyamically load new items, sort of like the carousel example.

I think I understand... let me tell you first what I need to do.
I want to be able to make an ajax request to populate an Ext.Panel, just like Ext 3.x

var my_panel = new Ext.Panel ({
autoLoad: {
url: 'my/url.php',
params: {param1: 1, param2: 2 }
scripts: true,
success: function() {}
}
});

// OR
var my_panel_2 = new Ext.Panel({
title: 'content loaded via AJAX through a button'
});

new Ext.Button ({
text:'load page',
handler: function(){
options: {
url:'my/url.php',
scripts: true,
params: {param1: 1, param2: 2 }
};
my_panel_2.load(options);
}
});

is this what do you need to do too?
well.. help us! =)
