how to change the name of the /resources folder without breaking everything?

I'm trying to embed this in the iPhone but the problem is that you cannot have a resources folder within the existing iphone resources folder (causes problems with sdk)
how can I rename this something else and still make it work?

Just change the name and then modify the include path.
