Fire Validate On Form Load

Hi all.

I have a simple form, with a few TextFields on it. Some of these TextFields have various vtype options associated with them.

What I would like is for these 'failed' validations to alert themselves when the form is first presented.

Is this possible? How?

you could do an immediate form.submit(), as long as your submit handler is smart enough to check form.isValid() before sending anything to the server.
