[FIXED-170] SpinnerField change event doesn't fire

SpinnerField doesn't fire a change event when using the buttons, and looking at the code I don't see why it ever would. The field doesn't have focus so onBlur doesn't happen, and therefore the event doesn't happen.

We've added new events for the spinner, "spin" and "spinup", "spindown".

The change event will still fire if you modify the value via the textbox.
