Ext js license

Hello i decide to use extjs in admin part of a commercial site and extjs core in frontend of site but this site is an Persian site ( RTL language ) so i must change some part of code and css . I can't pay to get a commercial license so i decided to use it as LPGL license .
Can i do ?

If you use the LGPL license, I think you have to release any changes to Ext under the LGPL too. Anyone care to confirm?
