Layout problem title bar Form window

I created a layout container with a formpanel and getting a white box in the right corner of the title bar.

any ideas what this can be?

Is it possible that you can post a fully working testcase that implements EntryPoint and shows this problem?

Hi Sven,

I had this problem for weeks and now it seems to be resolved.
Today I had some issues and cleaned the cache of my browser and deleted the compiled java script folder under the war directory.
