How about using subversion (http://subversion.tigris.org/)and trac (http://trac.edgewall.org/) for bugtracking and source control ?

Using the forum is not really useful I think.

I would like to report a documentation bug, no clue where to do this at the moment.:-/

And we already use SVN (a support subscription is required for access). A bug tracker is on our to-do list (as has been discussed before).

The nice thing about Trac is that it integrates natively with SVN, along with a wiki, ticketing system, roadmap... everything is seamlessly integrated. It's fantastic!
