Availability of 0.96?

Hi,

I just got an email describing the new model validation feature in the 0.96 release but it does not seem to be available?

Also it would be helpful to get a clearer list of what will be in the final release so we can avoid adding functionality ourselves that will be part of the library (eg: Form validation).
