[FNR] Icon alignment, buttons, IE7

Sorry if this has been reported already. In IE7 (and possibly other versions of IE (strict doctype)) the button icons are rendered to low, so that the bottom part of the icon sometimes becomes hidden.
Can be reproduced by displaying the "Buttons"-example in IE7 (http://www.sencha.com/examples/explorer.html#buttons).

I was only able to reproduce this in IE8 and strict doctype and this is fixed now in SVN as of revision 2276
