View Full Version : Amharic (Ethiopian Language) Localization
17 Oct 2010, 5:04 AM
Hey people, I just started using extjs and i found it really cool and easy to use. I thought i would go ahead and contribute a localization in amharic (the Ethiopian national language). I'm almost done. Please tell me how i can upload the file so that everyone can use it. Hey if this works out, i might even add Tigregna and Oromigna (two other Ethiopian languages) localizations. Thanks

The last localization thread was closed (http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?60839-Ext-Translations&p=510209#post510209)
so i think you should open a new thread in the "Ext: Bugs" Forum and attach your files there.

Simon, thanks for the advice, i've done as you said. But i do have questions, i wanted to add Ethiopian Numbers to the localization file. You see dates and numbers the users select could be displayed using Ethiopian Numbers (e.g. ፩, ፪, ፫). If anyone know how this can be done i can upload the new localization file. Thanks all.

I have attached the localization file here as well so that others don't have to go to that above link.
