View Full Version : Keyboard hide leaving space at bottom of component

I see a lot of threads questioning this behavior, but can't find any solutions. I have a component that has one numberfield in it for entering a zip code, along with a go button. When the field it tapped, the keyboard rises up and scrolls the panel containing the zip code up to ensure the zip code field is visible. So far, all is good. Then when the Sencha Go button is pressed, or when the virtual keyboard Go is pressed (listening for key 13), the keyboard lowers itself downward, but the component does not scroll back down which leaves a big blank gap at the bottom of the control. If I tap anywhere on the screen, the component readjusts and everything is as it should be.

Is this a bug or do I need to do something following the keyboard lowering to readjust the component's panel? I tried a doLayout and scrollTo to no avail.

Thanks.

I seemed to have that problem too. I found that when I would listen to key 13 (Go button) and I would do a...

event.stopEvent()then I would get that problem.
