every Class a decendant in the html-side?

Hello,

I'm a beginner and I started with some samples. But I don't find an answer if for every class (for example, textfield, button, chart, window) is a descendant in the html side needed.

I have a window created and in this window I would like to give some other controls. One div or for every class a div in the div?

Not sure i understand your question but you sure dont need and HTML for anything. If you would like components in your Window, wich i presume is a Ext.Window, you just add them to the "items" array or the "dockedItems" array.
