Radio onClick hideshow elements

Hello,

I am new to extJs and I don't know about extJs.

My question is I have 5 radio buttons and I need to show and hide Elements onclick radio button.

My all data is came from database.

I.E.
If I click on first radio then it will fetch record from database and that data i need to show in layout of checkbox.

same for other way.
