Modify top area kitchen color

Hello!
I´m using the kitchen sink navigation for learning sencha touch.

The only problem which I have is to change the color of the top area, where the title and back links are and the navigation hover color.

Can anybody tell me, in which file on which position I can change the color of both things?!

Tim,

You want to change the colors with CSS. Use your browser's development tools to inspect the generated markup and styles. In Chrome on Mac, View -> Developer -> Developer Tools. On Firefox use Firebug and Chris Pedrick's web developer toolbar.
