I fixed a bug in encapsulating my function "On.ready" in a function "windows.onload" because in my application that mixes php and javascript, javascript was executed before the end of page load.
I would like to understand why and if there are other solutions?

It's really difficult to detect when a page is fully loaded. Ext.onReady has gone through several iterations to get it right. Which Core version are you using (if you are using an older version you might have problems with onReady in frames).

extjs 3.0.0

Ext JS or Ext Core (you're posting in the Core section)?

There were some bugs in Ext JS 3.0 Ext.onReady that were finally fixed in Ext 3.2.

You would have to upgrade (or at least upgrade the EventManager code).
