Please give me advice.

I need for my project new ExtJS theme.

I like two style gray and that is in ExtJS 4.0 http://www.sencha.com/assets/images/20101122-charts.png
I need something like these two.

How much it costs and is the way to find free-lancer for that?

Patience until extjs 4 is released :). As i saw in the sencha conf presentations, the only thing you'll have to do for customizing the theme colors will be to change some scss global variables values

I am not very good at English.
As far as I understand you mean that in ExtJS 4.0 to do new theme will be very simple?
But how about gradient images. For that it is needed to do new images.

I don't think that the next version of extjs will use solid-color images for theming, but rather semi-transparent png images( black and white colors, with the opacity less than 100% ) as background-image and a solid color as background-color, or css 3 gradients ( which is supported by compass, and already used in sencha touch ). This is only my opinion, as i don't know what solution sencha team might use

That's great news and it means that we are finally evolving to css 3. But what about our beloved browser, namely ie?

I used http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/ to generate images for my custom theme based on the standard themes.

- change ".x-panel-header" to use my gradient images as generated above
- change ".x-panel-mc" for a suitable matching colour

From there it was pretty simple to tweak individual colours...

I am very sorry, but I don't like JQuery)))
Many reasons of it.

But i really love ExtJS, and want to say many thanks to devellopers of this brilliant
framework.

At the moment I am in stack cause I very want to do interactive 3d map of Russia.
I did something on ExtJS + Raphael http://vreshenie.ru/work/svg/map/16.html
But I very want to do web analog of this video http://mercator.ru/base/video/1128.flv
I wanted to do it on WebGL or o3d, but I come to coclusion that the only varient is
flash. At the moment I think about this Alternativa3d http://alternativaplatform.com/ru/showcase/
But I so don't like flash. And don't know how to come true my dream.

That's fine - I'm not USING jQuery, but the theme builder website that I pointed to can generate the images (gradient fills etc) that ExtJS 3.3 will use, and it's quite a nice site for experimenting with the theme... at the end it provides a collection of bitmaps etc that work fine with ExtJS, they may be designed for jQuery and the tool may be described as such, but it was the easiest thing I found for making custom ExtJS theme images.
