HtmlEditor with Detachable Toolbar?

This is what TinyMCE calls their "External Toolbar" option, allowing multiple text edit areas to be edited with a common toolbar. According to their forums, it's done all the time, but I see no good documentation for it. I think jack would make even a lot more friends by including this feature sooner than later.

Also, Jack, it would be great if the text area could resize and the toobar buttons could wrap. Right now, you use a table for the toolbar. Is there some reason they could not be divs, floating left? THat way, the toolbar buttons could wrap, almost like MS Office buttons do.
