Dynamic Forms Example

I have tried to copy the forms example on my own website as a test and I get something weird happening with the datefield/datepicker. It is not its usual size but extends all the way across the page.

I am thinking it is a CSS issue, but I am using the 1.1 Release and it is pretty much the same as in the download example??

That's a bizarre looking date picker! I'd venture to guess that you somehow have some additional css included which is affecting the datepicker such as in a global header/footer maybe? Do you have a link that someone could take a look at it online?
