Layout Dialog

Hi,

I am a noob in Javascript :( and I would like to make a script like this one : Layout Dialog Example (http://extjs.com/deploy/ext/examples/dialog/layout.html), but with my own dialog.
Actually I would like, when you click on the button, that a Rich Text Editor (from YUI) (http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/examples/editor/post_editor.html) appears with the same effect (i.e. zoom effect and modal layout).

I've no idea how to manage that.

So if someone can advise me, it will be great.
