Paging Toolbar tooltips

Is the paging toolbar supposed to have tooltips on the buttons by default? I seem to recall seeing them in the past, and the *Text properties would indicate that they should be there, but they aren't appearing. This happens on my local copy of 1.0.1 and on the grid example page, with both IE6 and Firefox. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?

That seems to have done it for my page, thanks. I tried running it with Firebug on the Paging Grid example page and it didn't work, though. Not sure if that's something you guys want to fix or not.
