Blur on TabPanel or Form ?

Is there a blur event on the TabPanel (not the TabPanelItem) or any way to catch if the whole control itself loses focus?

Not really, a TabPanel never actually has focus, so it's not really feasible to determine when it blurs. The best you could do is catch deactivate on a TabPanelItem.
