Our software company recently began to mobile web development projects, Sencha Framework has been developed as our first choice. Apart from the official website of sencha
Station resources, we would like to prepare some of the mobile web development of professional books and reference. Particularly with regard to Sencha Touch, HTML5, CSS3 SASS, CSS-Animation and Mobile Web Development Framework / Tools etc.

HTML5, CCS3, SASS, you're going to have to look online. Those topics are Waaaaaaay too broad for us to cover in our book.
