Here is the simplest example:

<script type="text/javascript" language="javascript">
Ext.setup({
scroll: 'vertical',
tabletStartupScreen: '',
phoneStartupScreen: '',
onReady: function ()
{
new Ext.util.Scroller(Ext.getDom(Ext.DomQuery.select("#sencha_scroller"))[0], {
vertical: true,
direction: 'vertical',
bounces: 'vertical'
});
}
});
</script>
<div id="sencha_scroller">
Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello
Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello
Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello
Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello
Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello
Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello Hello

</div>

Basically, the above code works fine on android phones, you can scroll up or down the content as necessary. On the iphone, however, when you touch the screen to scroll, it immediately jumps to the bottom of the content. Then, you are not able to scroll to the top of the content, you can only scroll part of the way.
