Mini UI on Ext Core

Please give me advice.
I need Ext Core to do mini UI for site.
I need windows, panels, forms and some other.

What I should learn and read to understand how on Ext Core do what I write.

I active use ExtJS on my project but at the moment I need for site something very light.
Is the way to use Ext Core of ExtJS 4.0?
