Control panel and forum controls translating into spanish

Hi, I'm not sure whether I might have nudged something in the control panel by acident, but a lot of my UI on the forum is coming up in spanish. Not sure how to change this back or if it is something under dev? :-/

If you need a quick way to change language, at the bottom right of the screen (in the footer), there is a language drop down.

I tried that, and it didn't have english as an option. I moved from irish back to english again but it didn't help. (I can't read irish but some text still remained unstranslated) The weird thing now is that its in chinese? I have some idea of spanish but I cannot read chinese that well... its just some of the labels that are affected like the buttons and field labels and so on...

At the bottom, the last drop down is for language. You can select first 2 options as they both are English.
