Looking for developers to make Sencha apps

Hey all,

I had a look around and could not really see any thing of the sort but I am looking for a some where I can post to find some developers to work with our team and help build some Sencha based apps for mobile devices.

I have tried Elance.com and Freelance.com but really cant find any one on there suitable to do this, so I am hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction or recommend a developer to me.

You can use the Sencha Devs site ( http://www.senchadevs.com/ ).
You'll find a large community of extremely talented Sencha developers, there is no question about it.
