compass watch doesn't work,please help me

when I try to run 'compass watch' in the theming folder
I am getting the following error.


error themes/templates/project/sencha-touch.scss (Line 40: Invalid GBK character "\xE2")

I didn't edit sencha-touch.scss,my compass version is 0.11.1
