Full Color Tab Icon

Hi guys,
I need some help!
Does anyone know how to set a color icon for a Tapbar button?

I've done a lot of SASS and CSS hacks but without success:
Even if I include a custom pictos color icon, in my SASS theme and then I apply it to my tab button, Sencha Touch always display it in monochromatic masked color.
There is a way to avoid this auto icon elaboration and show it with all the original colors?

hey, have you tried like the way you said me for a back button:

But for a iconCls ?
I don't think i can be work, but ...
