Where to contribute bugfix

Two questions:
(1) Is there any structured way to contribute bugfixes?
(2) If the bugfix is accepted, how often do you release new versions? Is there something like "nightly builds"?

First you should search to see if your bug is reported in this bugs forum. If not, create a thread. If so or after you create a thread, provide your solution.

As far as how often new releases get released, there isn't a set number of days or anything.
