Panel showBy doesnt work with nested containers

Hi folks,

hope you can help! I got a problem with a model panel which docks to an element. In isolated demo it works fine (screenshot):

But when I add it into my many nested container/panels the modal is always placed at 0,0 (screenshot):

One of the container has an minus offset.

Did anyone experienced that problem so far?
