Rotating device after activating SelectField breaks layout

I've noticed this problem on the app that I'm working on, but was able to reproduce it using the Kitchen Sink demo (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/touch/examples/kitchensink/).

If you navigate to the [User Interface] > [Forms] and then change the "Rank" from 'Master' to 'Apprentice', then press "Done" and rotate the phone 90 degrees. You'll notice that the layout is all wrong. Continue to rotate it, and it doesn't fix it's self.

this is my first reported bug... what is the process to follow up on it? Not that I expect you guys to notify me, but I'm wondering if there's a place for me to go and take a look at the progress.
