I want to use Sencha Touch SDK to develop Android/iOS applications. My applications are free and their source code is available on my website. Some applications are free with ads.

I would like to know if my apps is contrary to Sencha license program (http://www.sencha.com/products/touch/license/).

Regars.

Hello,
already sent email to licensing@sencha.com

Its reply was: Sencha Touch is free under the terms of the commerical license

But my questions are:
is it enough put link to download sourcecode in app?

Thank you.

I don't get why, but it seems like they will never tell you which license you should pick between the open source one and the commercial one. Your best bet is to contact the Free Software Foundation by e-mail at licensing@gnu.org, they will answer your questions.

I'm no lawyer but in my mind, if you are going to sell the application or whatever you develop, use the commercial licensed one.
