I don't obtain series[0].show() with highchart and ext.

I am a Chinese ,wish you help me , thank you.
I want hide line from clicking checkbox,but don't get show metho of highchart object.
I don't obtain Ext.getCmp("chartId").chartConfig.series[0].show() with highchart and ext,it alert undefined.
