Is there any ZIP version of SDK Tools for Windows (so without the installer)?

Sadly there is none – I would very much like a ZIP-version for Mac OS X, also. I'm console-savy enough to change the PATH variable on my own (and how the installer does it doesn't work for me anyway since I'm using zsh)

Could Sencha please supply a ZIP for Windows?

JSB2 was available as a ZIP and it was OK.
