Guage meter

Does any know if there are any extensions/plugins out there for Ext4 that offers gauge meter that looks more like a real water/utility meter? I'm looking for a hand dial with green/yellow/red guidelines

I know Ext4 has a gauge package.. but doesn't really look like a real utilities meter.
