When a grid row is selected the only way to deselect it is by CTRL-clicking the row. A single click does not work.

Please read the bug posting sticky in the top of this forum.

That's how it should work. Open outlook, click on a row. Click again. Open explorer. Switch to details view. Click. Click again. This is the standard behavior in the majority of applications I have ever used. If you want it to behave different, it's not hard to do but that doesn't make it a bug.
