FIXED "Settings" link missing in top nav

In case no one else has noticed, there appears to be an HTML bug in the top navigation when logged into the forum.

Should be:


Welcome, XYZ. | Settings | Log out | Forum | Learn | API Docs

It currently shows:

Welcome, XYZ. | | Log out | Forum | Learn | API Docs
