Hello

I plan to use a folders&files tree panel to show (thumbnails of) a collection of pictures.

By some actions on a folder, I would like to fire a pop-up gallery of the pictures which are within that folder.

So two questions:
-- how do I select the file nodes under a folder node?
-- is there an already defined extjs photo gallery I may use?

I am looking around, but I do not see a extjs photo gallery i may hack, is it possible?

i appreciare your help
regards
mario

ps maybe I need to integrate some third party photo gallery? is there a standard way to do so?

This may get you going in the right direction:

Hello

thanks for the link.
What I miss, however, is something like a usual photo gallery with a pop-up window.

For example, see at
http://pasqualedistasio.com/?p=19
http://www.pasqualedistasio.com/exp/joinbox/ (http://www.pasqualedistasio.com/exp/joinbox/)
or
http://pasqualedistasio.com/?p=6
http://pasqualedistasio.com/exp/photogallery/

Is there something similar already written in extjs-4 slang?

thanks, regards
mario

Perhaps this may be better ....

This is an update to a iFrame component:
http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?137233-Ext.ux.ManagedIframe-4.0-alpha2-for-Ext-4.x

I do not see a demo in ExtJS4, but you can look at the demo in ExtJS that has a image gallery.

http://demos.theactivegroup.com/?demo=mif&script=mifsimple

Click on ext-basex -> Flickr Demo

I am not aware of any other options. I am not sure there are any setup as you have presented designed for websites using mootools, etc. You may have to use a 3rd part library in you app and use the iframe to display.

Scott.
