When will ExtJS 4.1.0 be available?

We need two major things:

1) SASS update (4.0.2a has bugs in the styles)

2) Infinite scroll for grid feature (has bugs)

I've read that significant updates are being made to both of these items, so it seems futile to patch it in the meantime. Is there a ball park estimate on when this update is going to be delivered?

I believe 4.1 is currently in internal alpha but the public beta won't start till early October.
