Using Sencha's CDN

Does Sencha recommend using their CDN for commercial Sencha Touch applications?

I can't speak for Sencha but I would assume for a commercial application you'd put a premium on performance and would therefore want to use a jsb3 build script to generate a custom library based on your applications needs. But that's just me...
