Container do not show up after first request

Using Ext js 4 i am designing a page, i am using window ext pop up for a part of the project. Here i have to click on menu and open the window which is coded in ext js. Now the problem i am facing is that i have designed some containers in the window. There are of course nested container. Now what issue i have is that when i load the page and click on menu item to show up the window every thing works fine. But when i close the pop up window and open from menu again some container do not show up. They are completely gone even there codes are not showing in the firebug.
Any one please help me with this issue.

Please create a simple HTML page that includes your (working) code for the menu and for opening the window.

I'm sure that somebody will be able to help you.

My guess would be that you are sharing instances of components between windows. When the window is closed it is being destroyed along with all its children. If you then try to reuse those children it'll all go horribly wrong.

Agree with mberrie though, we need to see some code.
