problem with toolbar

Hello

I have one problem about toolbar.

I make a list in panel is named rootpanel and on click event of list i make one more panel is named childpanel.

I make toolbar in dockeitems of rootpanel.

But when i click on list dockitems of rootpanel also show in childpanel.

I can't understand what happening here.
I require dockitems only on rootpanel ,not in childpanel.
