I read on ajaxian that you are planning to implement form validation !

http://tetlaw.id.au/view/blog/really-easy-field-validation-with-prototype/ is the scriptaculous/prototype equivalent which I was going to implement in YUI - but is this what you are planning to do ?

it shows similar functionality as my idea. Basically real time validation as you type and events on forms to notify you when it's valid. For example, you know how when you are doing something in windows that has a form (say a wizard dialog), the save or next button are disabled until the form is completed/valid? That's the kind of functionality the form validation will have.
